Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Research Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. As a Junior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to support the project's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive research on relevant topics to gather essential information and insights for our research projects.
2. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using various research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
3. Collaborate with the project team to develop research objectives, plans, and strategies that align with the project's goals.
4. Prepare and present clear, concise, and accurate research reports, summaries, and presentations to the team and stakeholders.
5. Stay informed about the latest development, humanitarian industry trends, developments, and best practices to ensure the project remains current and relevant.
6. Work closely with the team to identify potential research opportunities, areas for improvement, and innovative solutions.
7. Assist in the development and maintenance of project databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
8. Participate in project meetings, contributing insights, and updates on research findings and progress.
9. Perform ad-hoc research tasks and other duties as assigned by the project manager or team lead.

Requirements:

1. Ukrainian citizen
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
3. 0-2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
5. Excellent Ukrainian and English written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SPSS, R, or Python).
7. Familiarity with various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
10. A genuine passion for research and a keen interest in the project's subject matter.

4. Готувати і представляти звіти, резюме та презентації про результати дослідження.
5. Бути в курсі останніх подій, тенденцій та найкращих практик гуманітарної сфери та сфери міжнародного розвитку
6. Співпрацювати з командою для визначення потенційних дослідницьких можливостей та інноваційних рішень.
7. Допомагати у розробці та підтримці баз дани, проектної документації, забезпечуючи точність та актуальність.
8. Брати участь у проєктних зустрічах, ділитися ідеями та інформацією про результати та хід дослідженнь.
9. Виконувати дослідницькі завдання та інші обов'язки за дорученням керівника проекту або керівника команди.

Вимоги:

1. Громадянство України.
2. Бакалаврський ступінь у відповідній галузі, такій як економіка, фінанси, бізнес, статистика або споріднені дисципліни.
3. 1-2 роки досвіду роботи у сфері досліджень, аналізу даних або на аналогічній посаді
4. Високі аналітичні навички, вміння вирішувати проблеми та критично мислити.
5. Відмінні навички письмової та усної комунікації українською та англійською мовами, вміння чітко та лаконічно викладати складну інформацію.
6. Володіння офісним пакетом Microsoft Office, зокрема Excel, та досвід роботи з інструментами аналізу даних (наприклад, Tableau, SPSS, R або Python).
7. Знання різних методологій дослідження, як якісних, так і кількісних.
8. Високі організаційні навички та навички управління часом, вміння встановлювати пріоритети та дотримуватися дедлайнів.
9. Здатність працювати як самостійно, так і в команді.
